　　Overview

　　这是一场由国际雕塑艺术名人开启的国际雕塑文化艺术盛宴，向全球广大热爱雕塑、热爱艺术的新锐艺术家发出邀请，广泛征集原创雕塑作品，并增加评奖项目，扩大对艺术作品和艺术家的宣传，使更多优秀雕塑作品、雕塑家脱颖而出，在保持学术专业的前提下，共同谱写“城市艺术”。

　　It is a wonderful art feast held by international sculpture celebrities for worldwide artists who love art  and sculpture， through widely collecting original sculpture， and increase the awards program， to expand  the propaganda of artworks and artists to make more  outstanding effects on sculpture area， on the premise of  maintaining academic and professional to compose the  “urban art”。

　　Theme

　　2016 全球新锐艺术家雕塑作品征集

　　Global New Generation Sculpture Artist Invitational

　　旨在通过雕塑作品，探讨雕塑与自然空间相融合的多种可能性，探索雕塑与城市环境的和谐性，探寻雕塑与公众的互动性。

　　Aims to explore the many possibilities of sculpture and the integration of natural space to explore the harmony between sculpture and urban environment， exploring sculpture and public interaction。

　　四、项目内容

　　征稿

　　1、本次征集活动于北京时间2016年7月26日正式启动，作品投稿截止时间为北京时间2016 年8月31日。（以电子邮件发出时间或实物签收时间为准）

　　2、作品类型：户外雕塑、景观装置艺术品。

　　3、作品尺寸：可根据周边环境条件和制作成本作适当调整具体尺寸。

　　4、征稿范围：面向全球具有雕塑创作能力的专业艺术工作者及爱好者，可以个人或集体的方式参与，不限国别、民族、年龄、性别。

　　5、征集形式：展览将采用特别邀请与大众征集相结合的方式，面向全球，公开征稿。

　　Call for works

1. Solicitation in Beijing on July 26， 2016 officially started work submission， and deadline for Beijing August 31， 2016 （by e-mail sending time or received artwork time issue）。

2. Medium： outdoor sculpture， installation art landscape。

3. scale： the specific size can be adjusted as appropriate based on the surrounding environmental conditions and production costs。

4. Scope： global sculptural creativity of professional and amateur artists， can be individual or collective participation， no limited about national， ethnic， age and gender。

5. Form： the exhibition will feature special invitation with a combination of wide-ranging collection， global， open call for works。

　　评选制度

　　作品采取两轮评选制。第一轮评选出入围作品推荐名单；第二轮从入围作品中评选出优秀作品推荐名单。

　　1、第一轮作品评选 （9月1日- 9月5日）

　　第一轮评选由雕塑界及相关领域的专家组成第一轮专家评审小组（实际人数7名），对征稿作品的平面方案进行严格筛选，采取不记名投票方式，按得票数确定前29件入围作品的推荐名单。组委会拟于2016年9月上旬正式对外公示2016全球新锐雕塑作品征集入围作品，接受社会各界监督。

　　2、第二轮作品评选 （9月7日- 9月30日）

　　第二轮评选由雕塑界及相关领域的专家（人数暂定7名），对第一轮入围的作品进行严格筛选，再根据大众不记名投票方式，最终确定获奖作品名单。

　　Selection Process

　　Works will be taken two selections system。 The first round selected finalists recommended list； the second round from the finalists selected in the outstanding works recommended list。

1. The first round of selected works （9/1 - 9/5 ）

　　The first round of judging for the work by an expert sculptor and related fields composed of plane works program Call for strict screening， taken by secret ballot， according to number of votes determined the recommended list before the  finalists。 Organizing Committee intends to publicized in September 2016 about  global cutting-edge sculpture collection the finalists， accept the community supervision。

2. The second round of selected works （9/7 - 9/30 ）

　　The second round of judging for the finalization of the work sample review by the sculptor and experts in related fields （provisional number is 7）， to be finalized in the first round finalists sample  will be rigorous screening， according to the public by secret ballot， ultimately determine the winners list。

　　获奖规则

　　1、奖项设置：一等奖 1名，颁发证书及奖金50000元；二等奖3名，颁发证书及奖金30000元/人；三等奖5名，颁发证书及奖金10000元/人；优秀奖20名，颁发证书及奖金5000元/人。

　　2、展览时间、形式：见组委会官方通知。

　　3、组委会将为入围作品提供来自专家评审团的业界权威学术点评。

　　4、参展作者申报的项目不得侵犯其他第三方的专利权、著作权、商标权、名誉权或其他任何合法权益。参展作者申报的项目所包含的任何文字、图片、图形、音频或视频资料，均受版权、商标权和其它所有权的法律保护，未经参展作者同意，上述资料不得公开发布、播放。

　　5、主办方有权永久使用本次获奖作品来进行宣传推广。本次雕塑作品征集的入围作品的使用权归本次活动的主办方所有，除按本征稿启事其它条款约定支付奖金（内含稿费、设计制作费），组委会将不再向获奖者支付报酬或对价等其它款项。若作品在后期被衍生开发并产生经济价值，主办方将与作者商议分配方案。

　　Awards rules

1. Awards： The first prize 1， award certificate and prize money ￥50，000 ； The second prize 3， certificates and prize money ￥30，000/person； The third prize 5， certificates and prize money ￥10，000/person； The Excellence Award 20， certificates and prize money ￥5000/person。

2. The detail information of the exhibition： Waiting the organizing committee official notice。

3. The organizing committee will give all the artists nominated for the industry‘s authoritative academic reviews

4. Participating authors declare the project shall not infringe any third party‘s patent， copyright， trademark， defamation or any other legitimate rights and interests。 Any text exhibitors OF declaration included in the project， pictures， graphics， audio or video data are protected by copyright， trademark and other legal protection of ownership， without the consent of the author exhibitors， such information shall not be publicly released and broadcast。

5. The organizer have the right to permanent use of the winning entries to the promotion。 Copyright and ownership of this refined collection of sculptures finalists go all the organizers of this event， in addition to other provisions of the Call for Papers agreed to pay bonuses （includes royalties， design fees）， the organizing committee will not winners pay the price or other remuneration payments， etc。 If the artwork is to be developed and produced in economic value derived at a later stage， the organizers will discuss allocation scheme with the author。

　　2013年，获得由意大利文化部和埃及文化部共同颁发的“国际策展人”艺术表彰

　　Shi Jinsong

　　1969年出生于中国湖北当阳

　　1994年毕业于中国湖北美术学院雕塑系

　　现生活和工作于武汉及北京。

　　自述：如心中有垃圾、花鸟矣垃圾。当心中有花鸟、垃圾矣花鸟。

　　Shi Jinsong is a Chinese artist based in Wuhan and Beijing。 He

　　studied at Hubei Academy of Fine Arts in China where he majored  in sculpture and mastered an array of traditional styles and  techniques。 He graduated in 1994。

　　He is particularly known for his first solo exhibition in the United  States at  Chambers Fine Art in New York Na Zha Baby Boutique exhibition， a series of stainless steel sculptures depicting  baby accessories—rattle， cot， stroller， etc。—made from razor-sharp  blades。 He is violent and sly and flamboyantly dressed in flaming  trousers with fireball feet。 Today， he is associated with lottery，  gambling， and the high life and is the star of a cartoon TV show。

　　Zhan Wang

　　中国当代最重要且身价最高的观念雕塑家之一，也是第一个作品被美国大都会博物馆永久收藏的中国艺术家。

　　其20世纪90年代初期的超级写实主义雕塑《坐着的女孩》已是美术史的经典，“中山装”实验则被认为  是中国当代新雕塑的开端。

　　他自1995年至今一直创作的不锈钢作品，获得了国际艺术界的高度赞誉。

　　Zhan Wang （born 1962 in Beijing） is a Chinese sculptor。

　　Zhan Wang‘s career as an iconoclast began with In a Twinkling （1993）， an installation of superrealist figurative sculptures。 The  figures’ style was not new， but the method of installation was： after creating a group of figures in poses of arrested movement， he  propped them in unlikely positions outside a building， creating a  surrealistic vision of a world gone awry，“ wrote Britta Erickson in Art Journal。

　　He is known for being a contemporary Chinese sculptor； however， he  is also known in other art forms such as installations， photography  and video。 His pieces consist of conceptual ideas where he  “embraces and subverts several other major traditions in modern art，  both Chinese and Euro-American”。

　　Many of his works include the use of simplistic object that serve a  purpose of telling a complex idea。 Many of his ideas that are  expressed through his works pertain to Chinese culture。 In 1993， he  was featured in his first exhibit and since then he has been  showcased in over 125 exhibits， 24 of which were solo exhibitions。

　　傅中望

　　Fu Zhongwang

　　湖北黄陂人，擅长雕塑

　　1982年毕业于中央工艺美术学院特艺系，湖北省美术院雕塑创作室主任，湖北美术馆馆长，一级美术师，中国美术家协会理事。

　　作品有《少女》、《跳》、《生命使者》等。作品入选第六、七、八届全国美展，《榫卯结  构系列》获第七届全国美展铜奖。

　　出版有《中国当代艺术家——傅中望》等。

　　Fu Zhongwang is a renowned sculptor and president of the Hubei Museum of Art。

　　He was born in 1952 and graduated from The Hubei Central Institute of Technology in

　　1982。

　　He creates semi-abstract wood sculptures based on traditional Chinese timber

　　architecture。

　　隋建国

　　Sui Jianguo

　　中央美术学院雕塑系副教授

　　1984年毕业于山东艺术学院美术系，  获学士学位

　　1989年毕业于中央美术学院雕塑系  获硕士学位

　　现为中央美术学院雕塑系系主任

　　Professor and ex-chairman of the Department of Sculpture in Central Academy of  Fine Arts in Beijing， is a contemporary Chinese artist。

　　Sui has been a very active artist on the stage of modern and contemporary art in  China。 He had numerous solo and joint exhibitions in Japan， Australia， Hon Kong，  India， Taiwan and most recently in the United Steates， in addition to his active  schedules in China， and several high-profile exhibitions worldwide。

　　He likes to work with hard and heavy materials such as granite and metals。 His  techniques of sealing， binding， tying and hammering created a relationship of  association and confrontation between his materials， which resonate with his  perception of life and his internal conflicts。

　　Among his known works in the early 1990s are ‘Land Depression’ in which Sui  entwines huge boulders in nets made from steel ropes， and ‘Sealed Memory’， a  closely welded cabinet of thick steel sheets， which gives an oppressive sense of  weight and blockage。 His work ‘Memory’ is a wall made out of old railroad ties。 The  ties have been ground down just as humans ground down by life， and they become  part of a dividing wall， a boundary。
